Sales Advisor Part-Time

Overview

This is a permanent part-time 8-hour position based in the Derby store. The role requires 2-3 days of flexibility, including weekends.

• Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support personal and colleague development.
• Contribute to a positive team environment; be self-motivated and able to motivate others to ensure strong teamwork.
• Communicate clearly, creatively, and with curiosity to support store success.
• Support H&M's vision and contribute to the overall success of the business.
