The role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering support.
Description of the role:
Take ownership of customer support within your portfolio.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and up-selling.
Conduct regular performance and strategy reviews.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
About you:
Experience of working within account management roles and supporting clients.
Able to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Strong presentation skills.
Able to identify opportunities to gain revenue.
Excellent problem solving skills.
