Comfortable working with consultants, contractors and developers to get products written into projects?
Good.
This role isn’t about quick transactional sales.
It’s about developing projects, influencing specifications and winning work long before it reaches site.
You’ll be representing a growing manufacturer of renewable heating solutions, operating in a market being driven by decarbonisation targets, legislation and increasing demand for low-carbon heating across residential and commercial developments.
You don’t need to come directly from heat pumps.
What matters is that you understand project-led sales and how to influence decisions early in the design stage.
We’re looking for someone who understands:
• Project-led specification sales
• Working with consultants, M&E contractors and developers
• Navigating longer construction sales cycles
• Identifying opportunities at design stage
• Converting specifications into secured projects
If you’ve previously sold technical building services or construction solutions into projects, you’ll already understand how this environment works.

Identify opportunities.
Influence specifications.
Build relationships across the project chain.
Win projects across your territory.
There’s autonomy in the role — the expectation is that you build the region and grow project revenue.
You’ll need:
• Experience in project-led or specification sales
• A background in construction or building services
• Confidence working with consultants, contractors and developers
• A commercial mindset and ability to manage longer sales cycles
