Plumber

Location: Derbyshire
First Fix Recruitment are looking for a plumber with commercial & industrial experience to join the growing team of one of our long standing clients based in Derbyshire.

Our client is looking for an experienced plumber with both commercial & industrial experience to carry out installation, maintenance, and repairing of plumbing, heating, and pipework systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites primarily in the Midlands.

You’ll work on plant rooms, hot and cold-water systems, commercial heating systems, and general plumbing tasks, ensuring all work meets UK safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial plumbing systems

* Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions

* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and health & safety requirements

* Complete job sheets and documentation accurately

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and site managers professionally

* Participate in on-call or out-of-hours work when required

Requirements

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

* Proven experience in commercial & industrial plumbing

* Knowledge of UK building regulations and commercial plumbing standards

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* CSCS card

* IPAF, PASMA, and Gas qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
