A leading name within the Building Services and Compliance industry is looking for a hands‑on Fire Door Engineer to join their team, covering contracts predominantly in the Midlands. Preferred candidates will hold the BM TRADA and/or FIRAS ticket and have strong technical knowledge. • Proven track record working as a Fire Door Engineer
• Qualifications in Joinery (e.g., NVQ)
• Qualified with BM TRADA, FIRAS Fire Door Installations, and FDIS
• Current CSCS card and/or SSSTS
• Flexible to travel in line with company requirements
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Excellent industry technical knowledge

• Install Fire Doors to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Inspect existing Fire Doors for full compliance and recommend remedial actions where required
• Conduct remedial repairs to Fire Doors while in situ
• Complete regular service reports
• Meet with clients to provide project updates
• Set deadlines and personal targets
• Travel to a range of commercial, industrial, public sector and residential premises
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
