37 hours, £13.26 p/hr, Fixed Term until End of March 2026, 7am - 3pm daily.

Are you practical, reliable, and confident carrying out hands-on maintenance tasks? We are looking for a Mobile Caretaker on behalf of our client to ensure that multiple buildings remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for staff and visitors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in maintaining safe environments, and is comfortable working independently across varied sites.

As a Mobile Caretaker, you will carry out routine safety checks, minor repairs, and general caretaking duties to maintain the smooth and safe operation of several buildings. You will respond to on-site issues, support health and safety requirements, and help ensure facilities remain in good working order.

You will:

• Carry out minor repairs, such as fixing door handles, replacing light tubes, unblocking waste pipes, and adjusting basic fittings.
• Report major faults or defects to the appropriate contact for further action.
• Support the safe operation of heating and building systems, reporting any issues when needed.
• Complete routine safety tasks, including:
