Working alongside Local Authorities Housing Options service, utilising the online referrals and allocations process Providing a dual function of housing related support and intensive housing management to service users Providing and promoting practical and emotional support in order to assist in the development of life skills, and enabling service users to move on into independent accommodation Line managing the Supported Housing Officer team working within temporary accommodation, including hostel staff Providing monthly and quarterly reports to Heads of Service Providing telephone support in emergencies Essential criteria of the Housing Support Team Leader include:
Enhanced DBS
Experience with in a similar position UK driving license and access to own vehicle
