Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment? Do you have the leadership skills to drive performance, develop teams, and keep complex warehouse operations running like clockwork?
Barron McCann are looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of two critical warehouse functions, ensuring stock, equipment, and project materials are managed efficiently, accurately, and safely.

What You'll Be Doing
• Leading and motivating Warehouse Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders
• Managing the day-to-day operation of both Service and Project warehouses
• Driving warehouse performance across stock accuracy, dispatch, inventory integrity, and productivity
• Ensuring goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes are delivered flawlessly
• Maintaining robust stock control, asset tracking, audits, and cycle counts
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and warehouse utilisation
• Supporting the implementation and optimisation of WMS/ERP systems
• Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Workshop, Service Delivery, and Project teams
• Championing Health & Safety and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a proactive leader with:
• Proven warehouse management experience
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing inventory, stock control, and warehouse KPIs
• Knowledge of WMS and/or ERP systems
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of warehouse Health & Safety requirements
