Lidl is looking for a Shift Leader to help run our warehouse operations, line-managing a motivated team, leading shifts in a fast-paced environment and ensuring smooth, efficient performance across the day.
You’ll train staff, support the Department Manager, and promote safe, collaborative working. The role offers a £30,000–£37,000 salary, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount and ongoing training.
