We're now seeking multiple experienced Inventory FLMs to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Coordinate inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock checks, to maintain high levels of stock accuracy across the operation
Lead investigations into stock discrepancies, ensuring timely reconciliation and maintaining the integrity of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Manage stock movements and inventory transactions, ensuring records remain accurate and operational requirements are met Support inventory audits, analyse inventory-related issues such as nil picks, and work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Have experience within inventory, stock control, warehousing or logistics and are looking to develop their career in a growing operation
Are confident managing stock investigations, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records
Have experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and can confidently analyse inventory data to identify trends and issues
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence positive operational outcomes.
