Accounts Receivable AssociateWe are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This role reports to the AP and AR Manager (Credit Control & Relationship Management) and is responsible for executing general accounts receivable activities related to credit management and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain ledgers recording customer debt, communications, and outcomes
- Ensure timely cash collection and record customer debt
- Resolve, negotiate, and conclude debt cases with internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate administration of customer account and case notes
- Work closely with customers and operational teams to resolve customer debt effectively
- Generate and send out customer invoices and statements
- Background in accounts receivable or general accounting
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Strong oral, negotiation, and written communication skills
- Proven track record of providing strong customer service
