As a Senior Planner here at Bromford Flagship Livewest, you’ll lead and empower a planning team to deliver a high-quality, efficient repairs service that puts customers first.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, supporting service delivery, and driving continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can shape performance, culture, and outcomes.
Location: Dereham – travel to other offices may be required.
Hours: Full Time – 40 hpw – Monday to Friday – Agile working
Contract: Permanent
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading the day-to-day operations of the planning team, ensuring targets and service standards are met
- Coaching, developing and motivating team members to achieve high performance
- Monitoring and analysing performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Ensuring data is accurately recorded and quality checked across all systems
- Supporting compliance with Awaab’s Law and other regulatory requirements
- Acting as a key support and escalation point for operational challenges
- Assisting with complex scheduling, coordination, and service reviews
- Experience leading or coaching a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Experience using data to drive performance and decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and operational systems
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English and customer service experience
- Experience in repairs planning or housing sector
