Bromford Flagship Livewest is seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager to lead a team of Customer Services Advisors in Dereham. You will develop people, drive service excellence, and use data and KPIs to improve performance.
In this permanent, full-time role you’ll coach colleagues, collaborate with operations, and shape the customer experience during a period of transformation. Hours are 37 per week on a two-week rotation.
