We’re currently recruiting for a number of full‑time Customer Service Advisors with a variety of shift patterns.

Location:
Dereham office, Office Based.

Hybrid working opportunities may be considered upon successful completion of probationary period.

Full time working patterns
37 hours per week;

Week 1: 8:00am to 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Week 2: 8:30am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)

Week 3: 9:30am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break)

(1 shift per week will be 30 mins shorter to total 37 hours)

As a Customer Service Advisor
, you’ll deliver compassionate, accurate, and timely support across phone, email, and live chat. You’ll handle a wide range of queries often related to housing
, repairs
, and sensitive personal circumstances with empathy and professionalism
. You’ll take ownership of each interaction, listen actively, and provide clear resolutions, helping build trust and confidence in our services.
