Field Service Coordinator

• Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for the engineers, booking appointments and managing their diaries.
• Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers.
• Sending out parts to customers and engineers.
• Daily communications with customers internal and external Dealing with incoming customer enquiries both by telephone and email Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly.
• Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance.
• General Data Entry Actively seek to achieve all service levels.
