Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with experience working in the Groundworks / Fencing sectors, looking for an exciting new opportunity to become part of an industry leading company where you will be rewarded and recognized for the work you do?

This Company have been established for over four decades and have built a fantastic reputation within the industry by producing high quality work for their clients every time. They work with a number of industries such as Renewable Energy, Civils, MOD, Groundworks, Healthcare and National Rail.

This role would suit an Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with experience in the Groundworks, Fencing or Civils industries, looking for an exciting new opportunity to play a pivotal role within a tight knit company that are rapidly expanding.

The Role:

Determine the cost of projects
Ensure projects are realistic, financially viable and completed on time
Analyse plans and specifications
Negotiate with subcontractors
Prepare quotations and monitor project costs
Remote working

The Person :

Estimating experience within the Groundworks, Fencing or Civils industries
Capability to complete Bills of Quantities
