Talent Manager
We are seeking a Talent Advisor to join our team within the Shared Service team, based in Dereham.
This role is a fixed-term maternity cover contract for up to 12-18 months.
In the role of Talent Advisor, you'll collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a supportive and efficient talent sourcing experience. Your primary focus will be to seek out and engage outstanding candidates, build a robust talent pool for upcoming needs, and ensure an exceptional onboarding journey for our new team members.
- Take ownership of the end to end talent acquisition process, utilising our ATS to create job postings, source candidates, manage candidate tracking and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Efficiently assess all applications, filtering as needed before presenting a shortlist to hiring managers.
- Conduct screening calls with shortlisted candidates to gain insights into their experience, availability, location, and career aspirations.
- Play an active role in guiding hiring managers through our Culligan Topgrading process, ensuring a consistent approach in every recruitment effort and that we attract top-tier talent - 'A' players.
- Regularly review and refine the onboarding experience to align with our company culture and equip new hires with the essential skills to thrive in their new role.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews alongside hiring managers when required, assisting them in determining a competitive offer/package for the identified candidate.
- Continuously seek out innovative resourcing solutions and evaluate the effectiveness of each recruitment channel utilised.
- Work closely with the Culligan HR Shared Service team, supporting the HRHub team with new team member queries and point of contact for HR Operations.
- Stay informed about market dynamics by tracking job title trends, completing salary benchmarking activity, benefits, and advertising strategies.
- Aid in the development of recruitment training materials and 'Welcome to Culligan' LMS modules.
As a Talent Advisor, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruitment. You'll be proficient in various selection tools and have hands-on experience with promoting job openings across multiple channels and job boards.
