Are you an exceptional Registered Manager who can take the lead in their residential and supported living services for adults with a learning disability. If you know your CQC inside out, lead with compassion, and thrive on turning “good” into “outstanding”, keep reading – this could be your next big move.
The exciting bit
You’ll be stepping into a key leadership role within an organisation proudly rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. You’ll be trusted to shape services, inspire teams, and make sure every person we support feels safe, respected, and empowered to live their best life.
What you’ll be getting stuck into:
As the Registered Manager, you’ll:
* Be the go-to Registered Manager with the CQC, confidently navigating regulations, KLOEs, and inspections like a pro.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a dedicated team – creating a culture where learning, honesty, and best practice flourish.
* Champion truly person-centred care, ensuring support plans promote independence, dignity, inclusion, and choice.
* Keep the service running smoothly, from budgets and resources to creating warm, welcoming environments.
* Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies to deliver joined-up, holistic care.
* You will have at least 2 years Experience as a Registered Manager with CQC
* You will hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
