This is the perfect opportunity for a confident operational leader with experience in managing large services, driving compliance and building high-performing teams.

• Lead the day to day operations of the domiciliary branch.
• Maintain exceptional CQC compliance and governance standards.
• Mobilise new care packages and contracts.
• Generate new private domiciliary care and live-in care opportunities.
• Provide leadership and support to the office team.
• Identify new markets, partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

• Experience managing busy, fast paced domiciliary services operating at high hours of care.
• Proven track record of achieving Good ratings with CQC.
• Experienced in mobilising new care packages, contracts and service expansions.
• Able to implement effective systems, processes and performance management frameworks.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast moving environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with staff, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
