Position: Maintenance Electrician (Temporary)

Dereham / King's Lynn area (must live within 45 minutes)

Contract:

6 weeks initially (potential extension)

Start Date:

Within 48 hours

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 or 08:30-16:30

No call-outs, no weekends

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team for reactive maintenance work within social housing properties. You will work in pairs to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services across the Dereham and King's Lynn areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive electrical maintenance in social housing properties.
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
Work collaboratively as part of a two-person team.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.

Qualifications:

18th Edition
2391 Testing & Inspecting
AM2
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Other:

Full, clean UK driving licence
Ability to pass a Basic DBS check
Must reside within 45 minutes of Dereham/King's Lynn
