Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Overview

We are seeking a highly-skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our dedicated CRNA-onlyteam in DeRidder, LA. This full-time, contractor role offers high autonomy, a supportive team environment, and a diverse surgical case mix, including General Surgery, Urology, GI, OB/GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Orthopedics, and select Plastics.

• $310,000 annually (1099contractor)
• 17 weeks off per year
• Shared call among a team of 3 CRNAs
• Independent practice with support from experienced, tenured teammates
• 2 providers on-site daily

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties.
• Collaborate with the surgical team while maintaining autonomy in CRNA-only practice.
• Participate in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, safety, and patient-centered care.

• Board Certified CRNA
• Current Louisiana license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teammates
• Exceptional clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
