• NH Certification in Content Area.

• Implement effective instructional practices to meet student needs.
• Plan lessons and units.
• Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Communicate and adhere to clear grading procedures aligned with department policy.
• Monitor and document student progress; issue reports when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate student records and data, including grades and attendance.
• Utilize appropriate resources (technology, professional growth, collaboration).
• Communicate proactively with students and stakeholders regarding progress.
• Provide support and remediation outside class time.

• Show enthusiasm, cooperation, and professionalism in department responsibilities, meetings, and professional learning communities.
• Engage in department meetings, planning, and professional growth.
• Collaborate and share expertise with colleagues.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with department members.
• Participate in curriculum planning, inventory, budgeting, general supervision, professional growth, and departmental responsibilities.
