CDM Smith seeks an experienced Intelligent Modeling Coordinator for transit and multimodal projects. You will coordinate intelligent models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP to deliver a single federated, clash-checked model.
Responsibilities include running Navisworks clash detection, enforcing CAD/BIM standards, mentoring staff, and developing BIM Execution Plans to guide project scope and data handoff. Travel may be required.
