Apply to join the dedicated team of Physical Therapists managing patient care for the Parkland Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center in Derry, NH.

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care by managing therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients in coordination with physicians and the care team. The PT completes patient assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, and directs therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.

• Provide evaluations and treatment interventions within scope of practice and professional code of ethics.
• Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative status and participate in developing the total plan of care.
• Offer therapeutic care at patient’s home or site, using procedures and techniques to achieve functional improvements.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapies, exercises, and the use of training devices.
• Prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs, and coordinate assignments and handoffs.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
