Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Home Care

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Eminence Home Care seeks dedicated Personal Care Assistants to support individuals in their daily lives and enhance their quality of living. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and assistance to clients in their homes or hospital settings, improving their comfort and well-being and enabling independent living.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility, safely transferring them when needed
• Provide companionship and psychological support, promoting a positive atmosphere
• Help with meal planning and preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a clean environment

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related field is preferred
• Empathetic and kind attitude toward patients
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Up-to-date immunizations and a negative TB test are required
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
