We are seeking an experienced Restoration & Remediation Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects related to water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, storm damage, and biohazard cleanup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of restoration and remediation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and other project team members to maintain productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Estimating & Budgeting: Conduct site inspections, assess damage, create project estimates, and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations (IICRC, OSHA, EPA, etc.), safety protocols, and company policies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including job progress reports, equipment usage logs, and customer approvals.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency restoration calls, including after‑hours and weekends as needed.
- Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure work meets industry and company standards before project closeout.
- Experience: 3+ years in restoration project management, disaster recovery, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): IICRC certifications (Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, Mold Remediation, etc.).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of restoration techniques, equipment, and best practices.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Ability to use project management software, estimating tools (Xactimate preferred), and mobile applications for documentation.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in challenging environments, and be on‑call for emergency response.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for job site visits and emergency response.
