Essential Functions:

• Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Work alongside fellow associates on landscaping and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety, security, and compliance protocols at all levels.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping
• DOT Physical required
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
