Compensation and Schedule- $20.00 / hour
- Shifts
- Hospital Rover Monday - Friday

- Provide a dedicated professional security presence in a healthcare setting.
- Promote patient safety with consistent patrols, de-escalation tactics, and a focus on compassionate care.
- Assist medical staff in high-intensity incidents and emergencies.
- Conduct patient safety screenings, provide access control, and customer service assistance.
- Complete accurate after-action reports for incidents and calls for service.
- Assist the medical team with medical restraints as trained and transport deceased patients to the morgue.
- Maintain hospital safety and security policies and protect patient safety and dignity with the highest level of professionalism.
- High school diploma or GED verifiable by a third-party background check.
- At least 2 years of verifiable work history with no gaps in employment longer than 90 days.
- Ability to pass a federal 10-panel drug test.
- Willing to undergo TB bloodwork and vaccination compliance requirements.
- Ability to remain calm, confident, and reliable in stressful situations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly when needed.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security, or related fields.
- Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy or verified work experience in law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighting.
- Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies.
- Eight or more years of service in any military branch.
- Associate’s degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service.
