Due to expansion, a position has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Admin Executive Assistant to join the team of this progressive company.

Your role will support the daily administrative operations of the business and provide direct assistance to the Managing Director. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and confidence in handling basic technical tasks. You must be computer literate with strong IT skills. If you have worked at an executive level to Managers or MDs in the private sector we would be interested in hearing you.

The role is split into different sections, Administration & Accounts, Technical & Operations Support, Customer Support and working as an Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Setting up and configuring tablets, printers, screens, and other office technology
  • Handling incoming phone calls

    Responding to Whats App messages and customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Assisting the Managing Director with PA-related tasks
  • Filing, documentation, and record keeping
  • Managing meetings, diary scheduling, and appointments

    Handling emails, correspondence, and general administrative support
  • Basic account and bookkeeping administration.
  • Providing basic technical support for internal use
  • Managing inventory, including purchasing and stock control
Skills and Qualifications
  • Driving licence
  • 3 - 4 years previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferably within the private sector
  • Strong IT skills with experience using excel spreadsheets
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts administration
  • Comfortable with technology and setting up office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Bookkeeping or accounts admin experience
