Do you love bringing order to busy days, supporting inspiring leaders, and making a real difference behind the scenes? If so, this could be a wonderful next step for you. Our client, a scale-up consultancy company is seeking a brilliant EA to support three executives in their leadership team.
They are looking for a highly organised, thoughtful, and proactive, you’ll play a key role in helping the leaders focus on what matters most by keeping schedules running smoothly, communications flowing, and details beautifully organised. You’ll be working closely with a friendly, ambitious leadership group during an exciting period of growth, anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping each day run a little more smoothly than the last.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing busy and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups
- Monitoring and managing executive inboxes, triaging and prioritising messages
- Acting as a trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organising end-to-end travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Submitting and tracking expenses and supporting basic finance administration
- Helping with team events, offsites, and key meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Providing general administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly
About you
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
- Comfortable supporting more than one senior leader (ideal, but not essential)
- Highly organised, with excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
- A clear, confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Naturally discreet and professional
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Adaptable and happy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Confident using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and open to learning new tools
