Lucideon group limited is seeking a Business Support Administrator – Assurance, based in Penkhull, Stoke-on-Trent. This permanent position requires strong organisational skills to support our Certification and Verification teams in delivering high-quality services.

Key responsibilities include managing client documentation, supporting training courses, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should possess GCSEs in English and Maths, and experience in an administrative role is preferred.

The role offers 37 hours per week and benefits including private medical insurance and an annual leave of 25 days plus bank holidays.
