Overview

We have an opportunity to join a dedicated team of industry professionals with decades of experience in the paper and logistics sector. They pride themselves on providing a professional, transparent and stress‑free experience with their wide range of customers across the country. They are looking for a UK Regional Sales Manager, a brand‑new position, to develop the selling of Kraft liners, Test liners & Packaging grades.

This is the perfect opportunity for a talented, high calibre paper sales professional from an SME background to drive their career forward and facilitate the penetration of our client’s linerboards into the UK market!

The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee Linerboard sales and lead the delivery of increased sales, client acquisition and market share for the business. You will develop a pipeline on linerboard sales, directly manage key accounts and spend significant time sourcing new clients. You will work with mills and the office‑based team on a range of offerings, forecast market trend and activities, report to management, and maintain regular meetings, messages and conference calls to ensure satisfactory communication between all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Experience in an SME sales manager role
  • Experience selling Kraft liners, Test liners & Packaging grade products
  • Experience exceeding sales targets and growing business revenue from zero
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidence with the ambition to succeed
  • Proficiency with MS Office packages, including Word and Excel
  • Valid driving licence
