As a residential engineer, by definition you will need to be adaptable, maintaining our clients standards and project deliverables. You will be tasked with:
- Interfacing between designers and site staff
- Sign-off on formation levels
- Supervising concrete pours
- Assessment of concrete cube results
- QA documentation
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Maintain a detailed record of all construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material deliveries
