I'm currently recruiting for a leading residential contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Site Manager for a flagship housing development in Derry
.
This exciting scheme comprises 255 residential units
, including:
- 8 Detached Homes
- 180 Semi-Detached Homes
- 15 Townhouses
- 52 Apartments
- Public Open Space
- Equipped Children's Play Area
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a long-term, high-profile residential project.
The RoleAs Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved
- Maintaining excellent site standards
- Reporting progress to senior management
- Previous experience delivering residential developments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
