Marchini Your new company One of Northern Ireland’s leading construction companies who operate out of their head office in County Down, currently have a requirement for a Senior Engineer to be based on a large-scale education project in Co. L’Derry.

Your new role Reporting into the Contracts Manager, this role will see you as Senior Engineer based on a 20m+ multi-storey education build based in L’Derry. Scope of works will include a new learning facility comprising high-capacity educational spaces, including a 350-seat lecture theatre, flexible classrooms, and advanced computer laboratories, alongside central student support offices, administrative suites, and an on-site café.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have previous Site Engineering experience in a senior role and be capable in setting out sites and managing labour force, albeit setting out will not be the primary function of the role. Previous experience in medium-large scale commercial construction is preferable. Ideally you will also have experience working on building projects such as steel or concrete frame buildings.

This role is for a motivated individual who can coordinate works and has a strong sense of commercial awareness. Due to site location, you will be a commutable distance from Co. L’Derry.
