A leading structural steel specialist is currently looking for a permanent Contracts Manager in Northern Ireland, overseeing structural steel, purlins, and cladding projects.
Start Date:
Immediate
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Contract:
Permanent
Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Thursday), 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Friday)
Location:
Northern Ireland
- Manage and coordinate structural steel projects
- Oversee five projects at once
- Handle project packages of 50 tonnes per week
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Experience in structural steelwork and purlins
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of cladding (Desirable)
Split approximately 50% site and 50% office. Around 75% of the work is based in Northern Ireland, with the remainder in Scotland or the Republic of Ireland.
