Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Londonderry branch, 24.5 hours weekly on a rotating schedule Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm. You’ll handle in-branch and phone transactions, build customer relationships, and promote services while supporting a multi-skilled team in a fast-changing branch environment.
The role values problem solving and proactive service, with a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.
