An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established architectural practice, delivering creative and practical design solutions across a diverse range of sectors.
As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work alongside senior team members on live residential projects, gaining technical expertise and progressing towards MCIAT chartership.
This role offers a salary range of GBP 25,000 - GBP 30,000 and benefits.
Grads with high technical ability and Architectural Assistants with demonstrable technical experience will also be considered.
You Will Be Responsible For- Assisting senior technologists with planning and technical drawing packages.
- Preparing and updating drawings under supervision.
- Supporting building regulations submissions.
- Helping to coordinate consultant information.
- Maintaining organised project documentation.
- Learning about building detailing, specification, and construction processes.
- Relevant qualifications in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Genuine ambition to qualify as an Architectural Technologist.
- Commitment to working towards CIAT chartership.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Experience working with volume house builders.
- Familiarity with UK residential construction.
