What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.
• Working closely with pupils who require additional guidance to help them meet their learning goals.
• Encouraging creativity and critical thinking in the classroom.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, helping them feel safe and supported.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with at least 6 months of experience in a school or childcare setting.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
• An adaptable individual who can think on their feet and respond to changing classroom needs.
• Someone who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
• Ideally lives, or can commute to schools within Hexham, Haltwhistle, Prudhoe, and surrounding areas of Northumberland.
