Full‑time, Monday–Friday, term‑time only

We are recruiting qualified SEND Teachers to work in supportive specialist schools. You must be confident teaching pupils with a range of additional needs (including autism, communication differences, and social/emotional needs).

• Plan and deliver personalised lessons for pupils with SEND
• Work closely with support staff and therapists
• Use structured routines and positive behaviour strategies
• Track pupil progress and adapt learning plans
• Create a calm, safe and supportive classroom environment

• QTS or QTLS (essential)
• Experience or strong interest in SEND
• Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, professional and committed to pupil development

• Experienced SEND Teachers
• Mainstream Teachers looking to transition into SEND
• QTLS‑qualified Post‑16 practitioners
