Academics Ltd is working closely with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Swindon that is currently seeking a dedicated Individual Support Assistant to join their team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting individual students in the classroom as an Individual Support Assistant, helping them stay focused and engaged

Working alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support

Encouraging confidence, independence, and a positive attitude to learning

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
