Windsor Forest Colleges Group is hiring a Learning Support Assistant to work 18 hours per week, supporting adult learners with special educational needs in their ALFIE department. This permanent position requires working term-time only for 37 weeks of the year, with a salary ranging from £10,297.07 to £11,024.81 based on qualifications and experience.
Your main duties will include supporting learners in various settings and helping them develop essential life skills and employability. The role also includes a commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people.
