We need Service & Repair Engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, ensuring customers receive the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in British Gas' Service Promise of same‑day fixes. Base salary is £47,303 with uncapped OTE – £54,400 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme. You will represent British Gas in customers’ homes, whether on an annual service visit or a complex breakdown.

Support from managers, mentors, and colleagues is extensive, but roles can be challenging; experience with a variety of boilers, central heating systems, and manufacturers is essential.

• A natural, dedicated focus on providing outstanding customer experience on every visit
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1), NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
• 3 years of qualified experience in fault‑finding and diagnosis
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault‑finding on S‑plan, Y‑plan and combination systems and boilers
