Legionella Risk Assessor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, for a Legionella Risk Assessor. The primary responsibility involves carrying out risk assessments for Legionella and waterborne pathogens, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key tasks include conducting site surveys, preparing detailed risk assessment reports, providing recommendations for mitigation, and liaising with clients to offer guidance on water hygiene practices and compliance.

The role may also involve supporting the development of water safety plans, carrying out monitoring, and advising on remedial works.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines, specifically related to water hygiene and environmental safety
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to liaise professionally with clients and prepare clear, concise reports
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess risk levels and recommend appropriate solutions
• Understanding of Legionella prevention and control measures
• Relevant certifications in Legionella control and risk assessment compliance are desirable
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
• Driving license and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland as required
