Opportunity
SII UK is seeking an experienced Project Planner to undertake independent assurance reviews on behalf of the P3M function across assigned Projects, Programmes, or Portfolios, with a specific focus on Planning and Scheduling compliance, maturity, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Attend all meetings required to support the assigned assurance review
- Participate in weekly tasking meetings with P3M Assurance Management
- Review project, programme, and portfolio documentation for compliance with defined standards
- Assess planning and scheduling approaches against agreed P3M frameworks
- Agree findings, recommendations, and actions with the relevant Project, Programme, or Portfolio teams
- Maintain independence and objectivity throughout the assurance process
- Contribution to the P3M Assurance Assessment Spreadsheet
- Contribution to the formal Assurance Report, including findings, recommendations, and supporting evidence
- Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel (assessment spreadsheets, analysis)
- Microsoft Word / PowerPoint (assurance reporting and presentations)
- Share Point
