We are partnering with a globally recognised construction consultancy undergoing significant expansion within its specialist Data Centre division. As demand across Europe continues to accelerate, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing UK-based team.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering hyperscale and mission‑critical projects across Germany, Norway, Spain, Luxembourg, and other major European locations — shaping the infrastructure that powers the digital economy.

• Take a leading commercial role on high-value, complex data centre programmes.
• Work on flagship hyperscale developments across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Gain valuable international exposure while remaining UK-based.
• Collaborate with industry-leading clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong Construction / Quantity Surveying background (CSA or MEP)
• Proven data centre project experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience delivering large-scale, technically complex projects.
• Confident stakeholder management skills across clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Ambition to grow within a rapidly expanding and innovative sector.
