About the programme We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our 2026 Level 3 Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship Programme.

This four-year apprenticeship combines practical workplace experience with industry-recognised qualifications, enabling apprentices to develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in electrical engineering. Apprentices will gain experience in:
Panel wiring and assembly Reading and interpreting electrical schematics Electrical builds and manufacturing processes Testing and inspection activities Health and safety practices Working within a world-class engineering and manufacturing environment Career Opportunities Upon successful completion, apprentices may progress into roles such as:
Panel Wirer Junior Engineer Test Technician

Essential Criteria Applicants must:
Be available to commence employment in September 2026 UK Applicants must have achieved a Level 2 Diploma in Engineering, OR 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above and include Mathematics (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). ROI Applicants must have achieved Level 2 Diploma in Engineering OR 4 OLCs (Grade 05 or above) to include Mathematics; OR Leaving Cert Applied - Merit.
