All Water Technologies is a leading engineering manufacturer of industrial water treatment solutions. We design, manufacture and deliver specialist systems that help manufacturers produce both high-quality pure water and treat wastewater to meet environmental standards.

The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Project Engineer to join our growing Project Engineering Team. You will work alongside experienced engineers specialising in chemical process design, mechanical equipment design and project management, gaining broad exposure to engineering and project delivery activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate interested in project delivery and developing hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines. You will play an active role throughout the project lifecycle, supporting the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of industrial water treatment systems while helping to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

As part of a collaborative team, you will develop the technical and professional skills needed to progress towards professional engineer status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with process design calculations and technical documentation.
  • Assess equipment suitability and support equipment selection.
  • Prepare bill of materials and assist with component specification.
  • Update project documentation and maintain engineering records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments.
  • Obtain supplier quotations and update project cost information.
  • Communicate project progress and requirements to customers and stakeholders.
  • Produce P&IDs and 2D plant layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Support manufacturing, installation and commissioning activities.
  • Operate laboratory test equipment and record test data.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Engineering placement or industrial experience would be advantageous.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivated, proactive, self-reliant and eager to learn.
  • Able to manage priorities and work effectively within a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
