MCS Group is seeking a hands-on Field Telecoms Engineer for a leading UK communications provider. You will split time between desk-based support and on-site deployments, from small business setups to large enterprise environments with thousands of telephones.
You will join a small team of four, ramped up to handle enterprise customers, with training provided on new products, ISO
9001/27001 compliance, and a 24-hour call-out rota to maintain service levels.
