Tangible is seeking a Transaction Closing Specialist to be a core member of the deal team in the UK. You will manage the end-to-end closing process for secondary market transactions, ensuring all parties are aligned and accountable.
This role requires hands-on experience in managing private market transactions and strong skills in process management and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with transfer agents and legal counsel to ensure all transactions close on time and accurately.
